Making Time for Music training days

The Count Me In team are providing a course of three training days to help you develop your music leading skills.
We would like everyone who is involved in any of the music sessions at Ashill or at the centres to come to this course.

We will be teaching different aspects of music leadership.
Each day will be informative, fun and a unique opportunity to learn useful community music skills.

DATES
1. Oct 2nd 2009 10.30 – 2.30 – drumming and percussion skills led by Mike
2. Nov 6th 2009 10.30 – 2.30 – music leading skills with Mike / finding musicality, with Russ
3. Feb 5th 2010 10.30 – 2.30 – improvisation skills – having fun with sounds, led by Jane

Mencap day at Millfield : summer starts here

Count Me In had a lovely time at the Millfield extravanganza on Saturday,every music session was different from the one before it - thanks to everyone who came and played with us.
And what better way to end the day than lying on the grass in the sun listening to Heavy Load. Punk most certainly is Not Dead.
And neither is Bruce Forsyth. Or is he?

If anyone is going to be at the Mencap day at Millfield School on Saturday (June 20th) - Heavy Load are playing at 3.00.

Oh - and Count Me In are running music workshops all day. Not one to miss.

Count Me In Music retreat (holiday)

Here we are at the Coda music centre for a Music and Psyche retreat day.
